Military sales (FMF)
U.S. Congress appropriates $3 Billion/year grant to the Government of Israel through the Foreign Military Financing Program (FMF) to finance the purchase of “U.S. made” goods and services. The program is managed by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA). We can help you get into the program.

Defense-Lab is a business development company which supports Israeli companies that seek guidance in enhancing their business in the U.S. markets, and foreign companies who wish to establish and strengthen their business in Israel.
We provide business development and capture management services and focus on the identification and management of governmental bids in Israel and abroad, military sales through the Foreign Military Financing program and federal procurement.
Our goal is to quickly and efficiently assist our clients where our expertise is needed, in order to fulfill their full business potential.

Defense Lab is registered with both the Israeli Ministry of Defense Procurement Directorate and the Israeli Defense Export Controls Agency(DECA/API). We also serve as advisers to the Israel Export & International Cooperation Institute.
Oran Drach, Founder and Managing Director, established Defense-Lab after he spend almost 8 years in the U.S., where he served as the U.S. Director and the representative of the State of Israel’s Ministry of Economy– Industrial Cooperation Authority (ICA), overseeing ICA’s activities in North America. Mr. Drach also served in various positions with the Israeli Ministry of Defense Procurement Mission in NYC. On his last position he served as Business Development Director for Alcatel-Lucent, where he established the company’s Foreign Military Financing program using a global matrix team.
Mr. Drach has vast experience in international trade and business development primarily in international defense contracting. Throughout his career, he has been involved in complex, multinational negotiations and transactions, involving large (fortune 500) and small companies.
Mr. Drach holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel and an MBA in Finance and Investments from Bernard Baruch College, CUNY, New York. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international MBA honor Society. Mr. Drach is married to Tamar and a father to Raz and Guy.
